No Time For Flash Cards
No Time For Flash Cards is a preschool blog with activities, lesson plans and ideas for young children.
Preschool activities that put play ahead of drills.
The striped canopy
A striped canopy tops the carousel, so the horses stay shaded even on the sunniest turns.
The painted horses
Small horses rise and fall on their poles, going round and round with no hurry at all.
The little bell
A bell waits by the platform. Merry rings it when you are ready for one more turn.
The little flag
A pennant flaps from the peak of the canopy, so everyone can spot the carousel from far away.
